Some of the top resolutions that I can think of are, lose weight, quit smoking, spend less and save more money, spend more time with your family, get married, make babies, personal development, save for retirement, live life to the fullest. Make Babies
Seriously how many out there would like to have the ability to choose the gender of your child before he or she is conceived? Play god! What is going to happen if more opt for one gender over the other? We are going to have a global in-balance of the sexes over time and they may not be the best. Get married

Is their job important?

Not the best paying job (but can be as good as other jobs in some countries as I was told) or appreciated by others.

Why is it important? Well, he told me that even though their jobs is not exactly “clean” and actually dirty, they are doing the cleaning, cleaning up after everyone, maintaining a clean and hygiene environment which is important to everyone’s well being. Same goes for garbage collectors. Someone has to do the job!
